Cada agencia debe presentar informes estadísticos mensuales de cada persona y comida servida. Los informes deben enviarse a por correo electrónicoy el informe del mes anterior debe presentarse antes del día 15 de cada mes.

Scholarship Opportunities
Our goal is to make the conference accessible to all our valued partners. A limited number of scholarships are available to those who may need financial assistance. Scholarships can help cover the registration fee and/or provide stipends for travel and accommodations.
The scholarship application deadline has been extended to Thursday, July 31, 2025. Applicant notifications will be sent by Thursday, August 8, 2025.
We encourage those needing assistance to apply for a scholarship before registering for the conference.
