About the Survey

In early 2021, the Food Bank of Northern Nevada, in partnership with The Nevada Center for Surveys, Evaluation, and Statistics (CSES) at UNR, launched the Feeding Our Community Survey (FOCS) project.  This 1-year project plays an important role in helping the Food Bank to learn more about the guests we serve and find new ways to help meet our community’s needs.  With guidance from CSES, partner agencies and some of the Food Bank’s own direct-service sites across our service area have been identified to participate in the survey project.  The dedication of both partner food pantries and our volunteers is vital to the success of the survey, and we are so thankful for your partnership as we embark on this project.

This space will be updated regularly as additional training, FAQs, and other resources become available throughout the course of the project.  Please check back frequently for updates and don’t hesitate to reach out to Charlotte Williams at chawilliams@fbnn.org or 755-331-3663 X119  if you have questions or concerns.
