MLK Day All-Ages Volunteer Event

Honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by turning a day off into a day on for our community.

Join us for our annual MLK National Day of Service volunteer event, a special opportunity where families and volunteers of all ages are welcome. For this one day, we are lifting our usual age requirements so kids of all ages can serve side by side with their parents (or grandparents!).

Volunteers will help support our neighbors facing hunger through a variety of meaningful, hands on tasks. Kid-friendly activities include packing fresh produce into family-sized bundles, while other volunteers will assist with sorting and packing donated food drive items. There is something for everyone, and every effort makes a real difference.

New this year, we are offering two sessions, so you can choose the shift that works best with your schedule.

Registration is required and space is limited, so be sure to sign up early. Come as a family, come with friends, or come on your own. Together, we can honor Dr. King’s vision by serving our community.
